By asking extractive companies to share their data, it is possible, by doing some light analysis, to better understand the practices and strategies of these companies in our country.
But also and above all, to detect irregularities concerning the payment of duties, taxes and other fees due.
On this subject, I will perhaps come back with you to the Report of the Court of Auditors published at the beginning of the year and indexing certain companies in the sector.

We are also impatiently awaiting the next 2023 Report, which should arrive in a few weeks, to dissect it properly.
Annex 7 of the EITI reports generally concerns “Voluntary Social Payments”.
