13 trainees who followed the “Town Hall Secretaries” training, resulting from the collaboration between Adico and the Oise Management Center, will be offered replacement missions in the Oise.
Since its launch, the “town hall secretary” professionalization course, resulting from the collaboration between the Oise Management Center and the association for the development and digital innovation of communities (Adico), has enabled numerous trainees to train and develop skills to integrate into local communities.
The 13th session of this training brought together 13 trainees who benefited from a 42-day program followed by 3 weeks of community internship. This training, which is aimed at job seekers in Hauts-de-France, is the result of a collaboration between France Travail, Cap Emploi, Adico and the Oise Management Center.
Monday, December 9, these trainees will be entrusted with replacement missions for town hall secretaries by the territorial civil service management center before being recruited by communities in the Oise department.
Their journeys
After a selection of applications carried out by the CDG60 recruitment managers, the trainees begin a complete course provided by Adico, focused on learning the job of town hall secretary as well as mastery of business and office software. The skills acquired throughout the course are evaluated by a jury made up of elected officials and experienced professionals, the list of which you will find below.
