Calvados farmers call for mobilization in Vire Normandy

The FDSEA and the Young Farmers (JA) of Calvados are calling on farmers to mobilize this Friday, November 29, 2024 in Vire Normandy.

The meeting is set for 2:30 p.m. La Papillonnière activity areato say NO to administrative blockages and YES to an attractive profession free from unnecessary constraints.

The same demands

In its press release, the FDSEA and the JA 14 recall the demands that have already been made during the demonstrations at the beginning of the year: limit administrative controls to a single annual control. Centralize supporting data for the different administrations and adopt the principle “silence of the administration constitutes acceptance”. Simplify procedures related to PAC : deposits paid earlier, fewer unnecessary constraints and direct access to information.

The unions want Etat makes construction easier of agricultural buildings with simplified rules, that it reduces controls and procedures for young people established. “Farmers do not ask no privilegesbut rules adapted to their realities to produce, undertake and ensure the food sovereignty of our country.”
