“Sarreméjean continues to grow! ». In a post published a few days ago on LinkedIn, the merchant of Gascon origin formalized the integration of two of his Tout Faire Landes colleagues. And specifies that “this merger is much more than geographic growth”.
On the one hand, the family SME with 160 employees (see key figures below) bought Mat Adour and its two agencies located in Pontonx-sur-l'Adour and Saint-Pierre-du-Mont. Also exploiting the Caséo concept, Mat Adour achieved €3.9 million in sales in 2016 (latest known turnover – source: Manageo.fr).
Furthermore, the group was joined by Solumat which also has two points of sale, in Saint-Sever and Castets. Its last known business was €4.7 million in 2016 (source: Manageo.fr). Mat Adour and Solumat until now belonged to Jean-Luc and Michel Bouydron. Their four points of sale will switch to the Sarreméjean Matériaux & Bricolage brand.
From now on, the group led by Jean-Paul Sarreméjean claims “a solid presence throughout the Greater South West” with a multiregional network of seventeen agencies and five concrete plants.
