The criminal court of () recently found a 34-year-old man guilty of “aggravated violence and death threats” against his ex-girlfriend and sentenced him to two years in prison, including six months suspended. He was placed in detention following the hearing, indicates South West Monday November 25, 2024. The facts with which he is accused took place Saturday November 2, 2024 in Pineuilh (Gironde).

After his girlfriend, with whom he had been in a relationship for a month, had announced to him that she was ending the relationship, the defendant hit her, got into his car and mowed down the young woman, who received a 60-day ITT.
