We're raiding scallops at Sélune

Shellfish lovers, this is where it happens. Bérangère Fagart (Top Chef 14) invites you to his restaurant in the 11th, Sélune, for a all-Scallops evening. The idea? Highlight the actions of small fishermen, raise awareness among Parisians about the product and support a sustainable sector. In a unique five-step menuyou can therefore taste scallop carpaccio, cabbage stuffed with scallops and andouille de vire, scallops contisée with marigold, scallops with lychee bard sauce… then a dessert that leaves (a little) the sea aside with a tea-infused pear and vanilla-coral ice cream. The good news? For those who will not have the joy of joining us, Bérangère Fagart sets the table again every last Thursday of January, February and March.
