Isabelle is disappointed. “My heart hurts,” confides this resident of Saint-Germain-du-Pinel (Ille-et-Vilaine).
In the night of Saturday 23 to Sunday 24 November 2024, ses two sheep were stolen. She had only had them for a few months.
Two 50 kg sheep
Isabelle noticed the theft on Sunday morning while going to give them hay. “They’re a couple and they’re barely a year old. The female is pregnant,” breathes Isabelle.
The owner had these two animals for her birthday. “I gave them a first name and they got used to being human,” continues Isabelle.
The two sheep, weighing 50 kg each, were in a field that belonged to him with other animals. It is located near the departmental road.
“There is no trace of a break-in, just the fence that is crushed », notes the owner who is also annoyed by the resurgence of sheep theft on the territory.
A complaint filed
Isabelle filed a complaint with the gendarmerie this Monday, November 25.
At the same time, it launched a call for witnesses on social networksto hope to find his two animals which he used for pasture.
“I hope to see them again, but I don’t have much hope. For me, they will be eaten,” concludes Isabelle.
