Firefighters intervened in large numbers this Sunday, November 24, around 10:30 p.m., for a fire which broke out in a house located in Outreau (Pas-de-Calais), reports BFM TV . Twenty-one firefighters, three hoses and an aerial ladder were mobilized to put out the flames.
Octogenarian found dead
When they arrived, they had already invaded the entire home. Despite the rapid intervention of emergency services, the resident, an 82-year-old man, was found lifeless. The collapse of the roof and part of the ground floor floor complicated reconnaissance operations inside the house.
