Exhibition “Peasants”

The “Paysannes” exhibition will take place on November 26 in Sault-lès-Rethel. This exhibition presents 20 portraits of women farmers from the Ardennes, taken by photographer Alexis Vettoretti. These portraits are a tribute to the women of the earth and offer a look at their hard work, their daily life and the evolution of the profession.

War games, playing with history – War and Peace Museum

The War and Peace Museum in Novion-Porcien will host the exhibition “War Games, playing with history” from July 4 to December 1. This exhibition offers a dialogue between archive images, period objects and video game visuals dealing with the Great War. It also offers the possibility of testing around ten video games on the theme of war.

In Rethel, the Agora presents the exhibition “De la Plume, à la Presse” from November 26 to December 1. This exhibition highlights three emblematic local figures, Sorbon, Hachette and Verlaine, through key works and immersive experiences. Comic strip tour at the War and Peace Museum

Also at the War and Peace museum in Novion-Porcien, a comic strip trail is featured from November 26. In partnership with the Cabaret Vert festival, this exhibition highlights 3 comic strips linked to the main themes addressed by the museum.

Charleville-Mézières Christmas market

Finally, the Charleville-Mézières Christmas market will transport visitors into a magical and lively world from November 23 to December 18. On the program: shows, various workshops, tastings, Saint-Nicolas parade and many other activities to celebrate the end-of-year holidays.
