Big words, big remedies. Rue du Général Kerhué in Sérent (Morbihan), the town hall acquired a building.

The reason? “We want to preserve the commercial space on the ground floor,” explains the mayor, Rozenn Guégan. “It housed a hairdressing salon in the past, and has not regained its original purpose since the fire which broke out there around ten years ago. »

Elected officials saw potential in this desperately empty storefront, a stone's throw from the town and its shops.

Complete renovation

While “everything had to be redone”, the town hall collaborated with the Burgaud architectural firm to redevelop the entire building.

If the 50 m² of the ground floor will see the development of a commercial activityand that the town hall says it is “open to any proposal that would expand the local offer”, three accommodations will also be rented.

“A studio and a T1 on the first floor, a T3 of 56 m2 on the second,” lists the city councilor.
