After the successful experiments carried out within the Métropole de Lyon and the Métropole Rouen Normandie, it seems that the retrofit embodies an alternative solution to fossil fuels viable and reliable in the regions. Engaged in a “ecological bifurcation” and bearer of an ambitious project of decarbonization of the community by 2035the Departmental Council of Haute-Garonne has therefore just concluded a collaboration agreement with the young company from Grenoble, Twelvein order to test his retrofitted Renault Master III. Consequently, the department is counting on, by integrating into its fleet the Renault Master III converted to electric by Tolvin partnership with the French automobile group at Losange, massively reduce its carbon footprint (-56% compared to an equivalent new vehicle according to ADEME data) while opting for an advantageous financial arrangement (with 8,000 euros ecological bonus, local aid and tax optimization).
New investments coming for Tolv?
