Trips to Recyl'éco to discuss an integration project and then to the stadium where the stand and changing rooms were renovated (€997,000 including €212,000 financed by the department) closed the visits.

Met at the end of the visits Serge Rigal explains “It was important for me to present a mid-term report to show that our commitments have been kept. The local actors that I met recognized that, thanks to Operation Oh my Lot and the support of the Cauvaldor services, they were able to discover the attractiveness of our department and settle in Gramat Concerning the Solar Lot system which will end at the end of 2024, more than 1. 000 applications were submitted and €3 million awarded. The creation of a recycling center, supported by Recycl'éco, and the commitment of volunteers show that following its success, this installation was necessary in this area.

The tour ended with a meeting in the village hall in front of around fifty mayors and elected officials from the canton. If he indicates that for the first three years of the mandate the commitments were kept in particular in the areas of energy savings (photovoltaics, electric vehicles and bicycles), food health (catering in colleges), solidarity, of the attractiveness of the department, Serge Rigal recognizes that there are uncertainties for the next three years due to future reductions in endowment and charges not compensated by the State.
