This is HIS peak of activity during the year! Present until December 24 in his chalet, installed in the square of Place René Goblet, in Amiens, Santa Claus receives daily hundreds of children who come to bring him their gift lists. “On the opening day, we saw more than a thousand people pass by, to be honest, I don't have time to count, my elves do it for me because I'm too busy chatting with the children “says the man in red.

Comfortably seated in a large armchair, in the middle of a very cozy chalet, he therefore continues the meetings. Its chalet is open every afternoon (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) from Monday to Friday but also Wednesday morning and weekends (11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.). “I receive a lot of drawings, portraits of myself, I don’t want to say that I’m a little self-centered but it’s still a pleasure”slips Santa Claus into a mischievous smile.

And then above all he collects the lists of gifts desired by all the children who come to see him. “Like every year, there are a lot of Paw Patrol toys”he observes, also delighted to note that he has, for the moment, received “no chainsaw request” like last year!
