This Sunday, November 24, 2024, the department of Finistère is maintained on yellow weather alert for strong winds until 11 p.m. In addition, it will go into yellow alert for rain-flood of 15 hours to midnight.
In this context, the prefect of Finistère, Alain ESPINASSE, invites the population to be vigilant and recalls the general advice of caution and in particular the following:
- be careful if you practice activities sensitive to weather risks or near a shore or a watercourse;
- do not practice risky water activities;
- do not walk by the sea;
- secure your property that may be damaged;
- adapt your driving to the weather conditions.
In order to guarantee the safety of road users,at traffic speed on the Iroise bridge in Brest stay lowered to 70 km/h by the services of the interdepartmental directorate of Western roads.
