At the start of the day, the sky is cloudy in the east of a line going from the Port region to Saint-Joseph via the highlands of the North-East and those of Sainte-Rose with still some associated precipitation in places.

Elsewhere, the weather is clear with some high clouds possible at times in transit over our island. As the morning progresses, clearings gradually return to the northern and eastern coastlines and precipitation becomes rare. At the same time, clouds invade the interior of the territory for the rest of the day with the added bonus, from midday, of the onset of localized and sometimes moderate showers bringing a little humidity to the upper gardens. The coastline retains beautiful clearings with some cloudy periods in the south of the island.
The feeling of humidity continues with maximum temperatures still warm and well above seasonal norms of 2 to 3°C. We expect 28 to 31°C on the coast, up to 27°C in Cilaos and 19°C in Maïdo.
Breezes are predominant but a moderate North-East wind blows in gusts towards the Port and Saint-Philippe with peaks of between 40 to 50 km/h.
The sea is slightly rough to rough in the wind and in the east with a small trade wind swell of around 1.50 meters.
