XV of France: after a successful fall 2024 tour, when will we see Antoine Dupont and his gang again?

2024 ends with a final success for the Blues. The French XV won (37-23) against the Argentine Pumas, this Friday, November 22, during a choppy match at the Stade de France. A new victory which concludes a successful 2024 fall tour, after overthrowing Japan (52-12) and beating the All Blacks (30-29). From now on, Antoine Dupont and his gang will return to their respective clubs and the Top 14, and will not meet again until next January.

Challenge the Irish at home

The rugby players will once again put on the Coq jersey for the 2025 Six Nations Tournament. The French should not be too destabilized for their entry into the annual European competition, since they will return to the Stade de France on January 31, against the Wales. For the Leek XV, it will be a question of trying to rebuild itself, after having recorded, during its autumn tournament, the greatest series of defeats in its history.

The 2nd meeting will pit France against the XV de la Rose, at home, at Twickenham Stadium, on February 8. The Tricolores will then continue with another trip, to Italy, on February 23, then to Ireland, on March 8 before finishing the competition by returning to the Stade de France and a final meeting against Scotland, on March 15. After the success of the autumn 2024 tournament, the Blues have clearly expressed their ambitions and wish to win in the next competition, which they have not won since 2022.
