According to a press release, the sale, which also includes the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc brand, is for the benefit of the Cospal company, managed by Matthieu Lesieur, a family industrial group specializing in the acquisition and development of beauty brands.
“Today, the activity of the Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc brand is based on hydrotherapy and distribution in pharmacies, expertise which is not at the heart of the strategy of our consumer products division” indicated L'Oréal, which had succeeded the Rivadis group in 2016, to explain this sale.

The mayor of Saint-Gervais, Jean-Marc Peillex, contacted this Friday evening by The Dauphiné Libéré confirmed this sale, which appeared on the agenda of the municipal council on November 22. “I salute the commitment of L'Oréal in recent years, whose investments have enabled the rise of the thermal baths and thus increased the number of visitors to the site but also more broadly to our beautiful town. I welcome with optimism the arrival of Matthieu Lesieur, whose project will, I hope, further accelerate thermal activity and the development of cosmetic products,” he indicated according to the press release sent to the editorials.
