The trendy little brother of the Michelin Guide presented its 17 winners of the year on Monday 18th in Paris, at the Center Pompidou. Everyone is entitled to a highlighting page in the latest France guide, released on November 21 and listing “the 350 best new addresses that will make 2025 in France”. A magnificent spotlight for a shop opened just seven months previously in the Haute-Loire sub-prefecture.
