An altercation, linked to accusations of scooter theft in Paimboeuf, led to weapon shots on fire.

A 25-year-old man was hit in the eye and had to be urgently evacuated to the Nantes hospital center due to the severity of his injuries.

Investigators from the Saint-Brevin-les-Pins brigade community and the Pornic research brigade mobilized quickly. They were able to identify the people present during both incidents.

A 15-year-old minor involved

Tuesday November 19, 2024, four young people aged 15 to 18 were arrested and taken into custody.

Investigations revealed that one and the same suspect was involved in both cases. He is a 15-year-old teenager, living in Saint-Viaud.

He was brought before the judicial authority in Saint-Nazaire on Wednesday November 20, 2024 and placed under judicial supervision while awaiting his sentencing hearing scheduled for January 28, 2025.

Furthermore, a 16-year-old girl, also in police custody, was summoned on the same date for having filmed the attack in Saint-Viaud.
