The speech by Prime Minister Michel Barnier had an effect on the rural coordination of Lot-et-Garonne and . Friday, November 22, dozens of farmers from this organization left the port of Bordeaux, a place they had been blocking for more than 24 hours.

Yesterday, in a speech to the Senate, the Prime Minister conceded that “farmers are right to ask that we look at the European provisions one by one and their application here“.

The Minister of Agriculture Annie Genevard promised, “announcements in the coming days regarding simplification” during a trip to Pas-de-. These statements came back to the ears of the farmers of the Rural Coordination a few hours later.
