La Ploërmelaise, this solidarity run-walk organized in Ploërmel (Morbihan) to raise awareness of colorectal cancer screening will take place on March 16, 2025.

Under the leadership of Fabienne Pennec, new president elected this summer 2024, the organization is taking on an unprecedented challenge: adorn the trees with blue throughout the month of March in order to raise awareness among the general public about this screening.

What is the association looking for?

The volunteers are calling on all seamstresses, crochet enthusiasts or not, to collect scraps or balls of blue wool.

Where to put the wool?

Two collection points have been defined:

– Haberdashery Bagatelle 31 rue de la Gare in Ploërmel

– Les petits Magré bakery, 32 rue Nationale in Campénéac
