Cher revealed that Tina Turner turned to her for help while struggling in an abusive relationship.
The late singer Turner, who died in May last year aged 83, was abused by her vicious ex-husband Ike.
In her memoir, Cher: The Memoir, Part One, the Strong Enough singer recounts helping The Best singer in the late 1970s.
