On the axis between Nantes and Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique), the Department of Loire-Atlantique will carry out works development in the hamlets of La Bruère and L'Isle, on Departmental 178, at North-sur-Erdre.
Loire-Atlantique: work to “reduce speed”
THE works security have the objectives of “the speed reduction users, improving visibility of the various crossroads in the crossing of La Bruère, the security of tPedestrian riots at bus stops and improving the grip of the roadway,” explains the Department.
The horizontal signage will be carried out during the week of November 25 to 29, 2024. These work will take place over five days and involve traffic restrictions and diversions.
A diversion put in place
In order to allow the ground marking company to work in complete safety on this axis, which sees 5,296 vehicles pass per day, the D178 will be closed to traffic between Petit-Mars (crossroads with RD 31) and Nort-sur-Erdre (roundabout with the RD 164) from Monday November 25 to Thursday November 28, 24 hours a day.
Traffic will therefore be modified:
- the meaning Nort-sur-Erdre to Petit-Mars will be deviated by the RD 164 until the Touchesthen via the RD 31 to Petit-Mars.
- the meaning Petit-Mars to Nort-sur-Erdre will be deviated by the RD 31 until the Touchesthen via the RD 164 to Nort-sur-Erdre.
Only access residents and for businesses will be maintained. The road will be reopened on Friday November 29, 2024 in alternating traffic.
The cost of the work, entirely financed by the Department, amounts to 293 000 € TTC.
