Preventive treatment is reserved for specific situations (bridges, footbridges, expressways, etc.). Furthermore, metropolitan roads are hierarchized into three intervention priority levels. The busiest public transport routes in the TCL network (C1, C2… C26) and transit and heavy traffic routes have priority. “During heavy snowfall, the action may involve level I several times before undertaking levels II and III.“, adds the Métropole de Lyon.
