: the traditional Saint-André Fair will take place on Sunday November 24

The Saint-André Fair returns for an exceptional day this Sunday, November 24, in the heart of the Site Remarquable du Goût, in Vézénobres.

Organized by the Maison de la Figue and Alès Agglomération, this autumn event offers a unique mix of culinary, artisanal and cultural discoveries, perfect for starting Christmas preparations while supporting local producers.

Programme :

Flavors and creations market (9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
Stroll among the stands of local producers and artisans, taste delicacies and discover original gift boxes at the Maison de la Figue. Not to be missed: the fig bar, offering gourmet picnics and unique drinks, such as fig coffee or fig lemonade, all to be enjoyed on a panoramic terrace.

Medieval cooking class (10:30 a.m.)
Immerse yourself in the culinary history of the Middle Ages thanks to a workshop where you will learn to cook period recipes: white puree, vegetable pie, chestnut rissoles and pear flognarde. Children's workshop “A World of Colors” (2 p.m.)
Younger children (6-12 years old) will be able to create their own stained glass window during an artistic and fun workshop. Price: €6/child (snack included). Reservation recommended.

Historical talk (3:30 p.m.)
Chantal Lombet invites you to a fascinating conference on the Chemin de Régordane and the Charroi de Nîmes, a medieval route rich in history, imbued with legends and faith. Free and free entry.
