For Ile-de-France residents, a few simple actions are recommended: clear and salt the sidewalksavoid any contact with electrical wires fallen on the ground and heat your home while respecting safety instructions. Travel should be limited to what is strictly necessary. If you go out, it is advisable to use public transport and to take warm clothes, water and provisions to avoid possible delays or blockages on the road.
