Refurbished electric bikes on sale in six Post offices

In Seine-et-, six post offices are participating in this operation (23 in Île-de- in total). This is part of La Poste's commitment to promoting and encouraging the circular economyprofessional integration and better use of resources.

The bikes are currently on display and available for sale in the agencies of Champs-sur-Marne, , Fontainebleau, Lagny-sur-Marne, Serris and . 1,320 euros including tax for the electric bike

Offered at a price of 1,320 euros including tax and eligible for public aid schemes, these bikes open the market for electrically assisted cargo bikes to the general public with French equipment quality. They are equipped with an aluminum frame and are designed to be used by both men and women. They also have starting assistance via a rotating handle.

Around 70% of parts are recycled. The main safety components are new, as well as the battery, chargers, saddle, handles and cables. The bikes are labeled “Reconditioning verified” by AFNOR certification which is based on the international standard ISO 17029.

  • Serris (10, cours du Danube): open Monday to Friday (10 a.m.-6:30 p.m.) and Saturday (9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.).
  • Torcy (4, allée Gaston-Defferre): open Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) and Saturday (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.).
