A slew of good restaurants
But Grille Montorgueil is not the only address to have been selected by the critic, who this year decorated 6 other establishments. So, To the Lyonnaisowned by Alain Ducasse located in the 2nd, received the title of chef of the year thanks to Victoria Bowler. Au Guersant, in the 17th, the owners Nicolas Gounse and Romain Gastel received the title of Young bistro chefs of the year. The Sully (4th), winner of the Coupe au Pot 2023, received the transmission trophy. Au Sancerre Rive Gauche (7th), Gilles Pudlowski appreciated welcome and friendliness.
