And new building is under construction on the Ronsouze business park in Ploërmel (Morbihan).

The sale of a plot of 2,011 m² to the Primmosens company had been approved by the elected officials of Ploërmel community in May 2022.

And new office program will thus emerge from the ground on rue Georges Brassens, in the southern part of the business park.

The real estate developer based in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) plans to build an office building on three floors.

500 m2 divisible still available

This new real estate program is the result of work carried out “in partnership with the City of Ploërmel and Ploërmel community”, explains Gwenaël Hochet, the manager of the Primmosens company.

Already offered for sale, the offices which will make up the building have found buyers

There are already contacts. Of the 1,200 m2 offered, 500 m2 remain available

Gwenaël Hochet announces delivery of the building scheduled for 2025.
