The traditional Fair of Delights and Art Crafts in Monségur, in Gironde, is making a comeback on Sunday, December 8 in the magnificent market hall of the bastide.

For this 15th edition, the Tourism association in Monségurais pulled out all the stops with his team of 45 volunteersreinforced this year by Eliott, a young 17-year-old volunteer in civic service.

Stock up on treats

“This fair is a real showcase of local talent,” enthuses Philippe, the dynamic coordinator of the event. Visitors will be able to stock up on delicacies and artistic crafts with around thirty exhibitors present. »

For his part, Eliott is delighted to participate in the entertainment of this friendly day, to discover local specialties and the original creations of artisans. This year, a nice surprise awaits the youngest and their parents: a pedal carousel!

Throughout the day, numerous activities will enhance the strolls in the aisles: cutting demonstrations, live music with the college's jazz school, wooden games, not forgetting the famous chocolate fountain, very popular with gourmands.

Impossible not to enjoy

Lovers of good products will delight in foie gras, wines, Armagnacs, chocolates, honeys and other delicious dishes. Lovers of artistic crafts will also find what they are looking for with a nice variety of unique items : jewelry, ceramics, candles, Christmas items…
