The social landlord Promologis and La Poste have launched an experiment with isolated seniors in Tarn-et-Garonne. The objective is to receive news every six months on the physical and mental health of volunteers thanks to the passage of a postman during an appointment. Amédée Domenech is part of the trio of expert service factors (FSE) from Tarn-et-Garonne dedicated to Icope and Alogea operations. Two operations which aim to take care of the health of people aged over 65 by offering them free questionnaires on their physical and mental state.

Each FSE is then entrusted with a geographical sector. Every morning, he takes stock with his representative, based on the interview needs raised by the classic tours, before leaving on his tour. “It’s important for our customers, it allows them to see people. And for us, it’s rewarding to serve the residents,” concludes Amédée Domenech.
