Good news! The Santa Claus motorcycle ride in North-West Vendée is making a comeback this year with a new name and a new date. We explain everything to you.

A new name

This year, it is with a new name that the procession will take shape: the Baladins de Noël Challandais. The parade will take place this year on Saturday December 14 et up to 49 motorcycles are accepted in the convoy.

Departure will be from the Conforama parking lot in Challans. Disguised, the bikers will take a tour of the town before heading towards Le Perrier then Saint-Jean-de-Monts. They will then take a photography break before hitting the road again to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Viewhere they will end their journey.

A moment of sharing

As they pass by, Santas will distribute treats and will be keen to set the mood.

They also hope that people will still make the trip to see them.

Funds for Noah's Ark

30 motorcycles are already registered for this edition. Participants must do a donation of 5 euros for the Noah's Ark association. “The event is already incredible but to know that it will help an association is crazy! », Enthuses Odile Heuzé.

In exchange for a donation, it will also be possible to obtain a flag to adorn your motorcycle or a small caterpillar.
