On the occasion of its first match of the season at home in its National 1 championship, Cahors Lot XIII achieved a very good performance by winning this Sunday afternoon, in style, against Toulouges, by the score from 34 to 8 with five tries.
After a good first period during which the Cadurciens took the lead to take the lead at the break (14 to 4), the players of coaches Christophe Canal and Thomas Gailhard continued their momentum in the second half and added three additional tries to ensure a nice and big victory 34 to 8.

Cadurcien coach Christophe Canal looks back on his team's great victory: “We prepared well for this match and we are happy with the result. It was a close match. We managed to make the difference midway through the second half.
Our defense near the line was very good and our offense was much better than our previous two games. The instructions were respected by the players and the team offered a great collective performance. We have to savor this moment because it's a great victory and the players made a big effort yesterday.
Now it's only one match and we will have to reproduce this performance over the next three matches in December. We have to continue with this same state of mind and be better in our kicking game. The team will progress through successive matches.”
