[EN IMAGES] Two drug dealers plead guilty to selling coke to undercover agent 22 times

Two drug dealers, including a close Hells Angels supporter, have admitted their central role in a network whose members unknowingly sold cocaine on 22 occasions to an undercover agent.

Carl St-Louis and Kevin “Big” Mageren-Chrétien recently confessed, at the Longueuil courthouse, to having pulled the strings of an organization active on the South Shore of Montreal.

Documents filed in court now reveal how the police managed to put an end to their operations.

Sources first alerted authorities in March 2021, mentioning that Mageren-Chrétien was sourcing drugs from St-Louis. The latter is a member in good standing of the Montreal Marauders, a school club of the Hells Angels.

Four other people, who were later targeted with criminal charges, were also suspected of being involved in the affair.

Spied on without their knowledge

Several shadowing operations documented their movements as well as brief meetings lasting a few minutes with individuals linked to drug trafficking.

Kevin Mageren-Chrétien, 33, was located with members of the cell on various occasions, notably thanks to a location beacon on a vehicle.

During this time, the various sellers concluded no less than 22 cocaine sales… with an undercover agent.

The money from these transactions was later found in the possession of St-Louis and Mageren-Chrétien.

All these steps culminated in a series of searches, which made it possible to measure the extent of the organization’s resources.

According to the investigation, the network operated, among other places, in the premises of two transport and moving companies, in McMasterville and Varennes.

One of the establishments had taken on the appearance of a den for outlaw bikers.

On one floor, a bar with a television and a gymnasium had been erected, as evidenced by several photos presented in court.

An imposing poster even celebrated the 70^e anniversary of the existence of the Hells Angels in different countries on the planet.

Thousands of tablets

Above all, the police were able to get their hands on a loaded 9 mm caliber firearm equipped with a high-capacity magazine, 50,000 methamphetamine tablets and 7,350 caffeine tablets.

A tow truck affiliated with one of the companies also housed five packages of kilos of cocaine.

Nearly $33,000, five cell phones and bags for packaging narcotics were also found at Carl St-Louis.

The 31-year-old man also had jewelry and several items of clothing linked to the Hells Angels and the Montreal Marauders.

Photos of St-Louis in the presence of other bikers with jackets were listed in the cell phone analysis.

As for the residence of Kevin Mageren-Chrétien, $10,730 and cell phones were seized. A small amount of crack cocaine was in his vehicle.

The two traffickers are due back in court in February.
