Mister Carpentry in receivership

Mister Menuiserie store, specializing in the manufacture of blinds, gates and windows, was placed in receivership with continuation of activity by a judgment pronounced by the Rouen commercial court during its hearing on Tuesday November 12, 2024. The company had declared itself insolvent four days earlier.
The Mister Menuiserie group, headquartered in Saint-Marcel near Vernon, in Eure, was founded in 2010 by Emin Alaca, the current CEO. This phygital specialist (online sales and physical stores) in the manufacturing and supply of products for the home and habitat achieved just over 73 million euros in turnover in 2023. It is made up of three companies: Label Habitat, operational holding company (119 employees); MisterMenuiserie Store, points of sale (257 employees); Label Digital, in charge of digital, marketing and communication for the groups (13 employees).
In addition to 6 websites, the Mister Menuiserie group operates around a hundred points of sale, in the form of 98 showrooms under the MisterMenuiserie brand throughout France and 38 “shop-in-shop” in the network of the Les Mousquetaires group ( Bricomarché, Bricorama, Bricocash), as part of a partnership announced in May 2024.
The judicial administrators Messrs Dorian Legout and Erwan Merly of the Ajire study in Caen (14) and Me Nathalie Leboucher of FHBX in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92) are looking for buyers who have until November 25, 2024 at 6 p.m. manifest, deadline for submission of offers.
