A 59-year-old man was sentenced this Friday, November 15, 2024 to four years in prison and incarcerated in the North. He was accused of raping his daughter in 2010, when she was just 8 years old. Denounced six years later, the facts were corroborated by a forensic examination carried out on the little girl at the time, reports The Voice of the North .
“Post-traumatic stress remains very present”
During the hearing, the defendant finally confessed, 14 years after the events, and asked the victim for forgiveness.
