RC Saint-Joseph against the pros of Pau FC in the 8th round

RC Saint-Joseph will face the professional team of Pau FC on Saturday, November 30. The Ligue 2 club which occupies 11th place in the ranking eliminated the N.3 club Aviron Bayonnais FC 3 goals to 1.

The Joséphins of the Racing Club will have a lot to do during the 8^e round of the Coupe de France with Pau FC as opponent. For their entry into this Coupe de France, the residents of Ligue 2 BKT were entitled to a derby against Aviron Bayonnais, a match played in Bayonne.

Khalid Boutaïb and Pathé Mboup scored the Pau goals in the first half. Mboup scored a double by scoring in the 55th^e minute. Aviron Bayonnais had found the fault shortly before the break.

In “this cup of all possibilities”if RC Saint-Joseph does not leave with the favors of the forecasts given the differences in divisions, President Privat's men will want to take up the challenge against Pau FC.

It is the Nouste Camp community stadium which should host this meeting, an enclosure which can accommodate just under 4,000 spectators. Before the cup match on November 30, the Pau team (with its Guadeloupean striker Taïryk Arconte) will host the Red-Star in the championship on November 22 (same day as RC Saint-Joseph against Espoir).

The RC Saint-Joseph delegation should leave Martinique on Monday November 25 but before that, there is a R1 match to play against Espoir de Sainte-Luce on Friday November 22. Jérémy Ludon's staff has been working since Saturday evening on the work plan to be put in place for the next two weeks. Between the little ailments including that of Captain Florian Goma, released on the 7th^e turn from the first half.
