Secours Catholique unveiled its “state of poverty in 2024” at the end of the week. At the national level as in the Ardennes, the emphasis is placed on the digital divide. More and more dematerialized administrative procedures are being done online. Many people miss out on RSA or APL due to lack of internet skills.
