The laying of the first stone of the Rivadour complex at 45 rue Georges Chaulet in Dax took place Monday November 18 at 2 p.m. This event officially marked the birth of the project, whose construction began in early 2024 and will be completed at the end of 2025.
The Neretzat group, which has been carrying out this project since 2021, invited all of its partners to celebrate this moment. These include Julien Dubois, president of Grand Dax and mayor of Dax with the Grand Dax teams, France Travail whose agency will be moved to the site at the end of 2025, the Régus coworking center, the Groupama agency, the Caisse d'bank Savings.
Rivadour is part of the modernization of rue Georges Chaulet and will be the showcase for the development of Grand Dax. At the heart of the urban area, this 5,000 m2 economic center built on stilts with vast green spaces will be the Dacquois business center, a place of excitement, conviviality and synergies between shops, offices and restaurants.
