VIDEO. Two injured and an act of mutual aid after a head-on collision in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, on the RD 11

The violence of the impact left the two drivers with little chance of avoiding each other. Around 4 p.m., two vehicles collided head-on coming out of a bend on the RD 11, route de Saint-Jean. The twisted bodies testified to the force of the impact, while one of the drivers, despite his injuries, immediately came to the aid of the other driver, still stuck in her vehicle.

The firefighters, who arrived quickly on the scene, took care of the two drivers, both injured, and transported them to hospital.
