The resignation was imposed due to a failure to find “the efficiency necessary to change things,” says Maud Dumont, also a parliamentary collaborator of environmentalist senator Monique de Marco. She intends to continue her commitment, “but differently”, “in the rural world”. “This, for me, is where the fight against the rise of the far right is happening. But this is also where the questions arise that speak to me the most: the change in agricultural model, the defense of health, water sharing, the maintenance of public services, the energy transition, mobility. »
