The Roissy Employment Center – Pays-de-France (Val-d'Oise), in partnership with Unisap 95 (platform for careers in the autonomy of elderly and disabled people) and other services of the state, organizes a day of discussions with specialists concerning the adaptation of small businesses to workers disabled.

Adaptation

On Tuesday, November 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., a major event is organized at the Charles-Aznavour space in Arnouville, with the theme:

The handicap suffered or progressive, how to understand it in a professional environment?

All, within the framework of the 28^e European week for employment of people disabled.

Two round tables are planned, with varied themes such as adaptation to the progressive loss of autonomy at work, apprehension of handicap invisible, but also maintaining employment and improving the skills of employees in situations of handicap.

A support educational and an awareness kit will be given to participants at the end of this half-day.

We are all in this together, it can happen to anyone, at any time. 80% of disabilities are invisible. It is important to know good behaviors in the workplace.

The Mde is a certified association.

“It is a service in contact with populations, free because financed by theÉtatfor businesses. We offer adaptations and an assessment to very small companies,” adds Delphine Goriaux, director of the place.

“All year round, we welcome the public to our premises, shared with other state organizations, in Fosses, Louvres and Goussainville in the Department,” explains Olivier Kouppe of K/Martin.

In consultation with France Work and Cap emploi (for disabled workers), Mde offers “another local public service”.
