“Temperature level, It will change us! It’s going to be a hectic week,” he warns. “Some models predict 10 centimeters of snow in Normandy. This is exceptional for the season. For such a fall in November, we have to go back to 2016,” he explains.

In detail, meteorological data predicts nine centimeters of snow in Rouen. About eleven, around the Ry sector. Almost the entire Eure will be under nine to ten centimeters. Le Havre will be relatively spared from the snow (but not from the temperatures!)
