This second meeting will allow residents to discuss the development of this area close to the station.
250 housing units, 2500 m2 of shops and services
Entry to the forum is free and without prior registration. This project on which the municipality has been working since 2018 provides around 250 housing units with 2,500 m2 of shops and services at the foot of the building.

Through this real estate program, the City is responding to the imperative set by the Sru law which imposes 25% social housing and to the densification near stations required by the State.
In 2023, the municipality had 18.35% social housing.
The start of the work, which will first involve the demolition of the existing buildings, is expected in 2025. A project which will last at least two years.
