This second meeting will allow residents to discuss the development of this area close to the station.

250 housing units, 2500 m2 of shops and services

Entry to the forum is free and without prior registration. This project on which the municipality has been working since 2018 provides around 250 housing units with 2,500 m² of shops and services at the foot of the building.

A public inquiry took place last year. According to Françoise Nordmann, mayor (SE) of Beauchamp, interviewed at the time, this project aims to “replace low-quality and very aging buildings”.

In 2023, the municipality had 18.35% social housing.

The start of the work, which will first involve the demolition of the existing buildings, is expected in 2025. A project which will last at least two years.
