You can now plan your February weekends properly. Rugby Europe has indeed confirmed the dates, times and locations where the Rugby Europe Championship 2025 matches and therefore the Belgian XV matches will take place.
We already knew the outline of the Black Devils calendar. Details have now been confirmed by Rugby Europe.
On Saturday February 1, the Belgian XV will begin its tournament in Portugal. If the stadium which will host the meeting has not yet been chosen, the revenge of the Belgian victory in Mons in February 2024 will take place in Lisbon, kick-off at 7:30 p.m.
A week later, on Saturday February 8, the Black Devils will play at home against Romania in a Stade Tondreau in Mons which we hope is full. Kick-off at 8 p.m.
Their last group match of this REC 2025, the Black Devils will play in Germany. Not on a Saturday but on Sunday, February 16, at the Auestadion in Kassel. Kick-off at 3:30 p.m.
This REC 2025 is a qualifier for the 2027 World Cup. The first two in each group will win their ticket for the competition planned in Australia. Objective two victories in three matches therefore for Belgium in order to write an incredible page in the history of Belgian rugby.
