The socio-educational center of the Vayrac college, with the support of the municipalities of Vayrac, Saint-Denis-lès-Martel and Saint-Michel-de-Bannières, is organizing a hiking hike open to all, the Rando du Puy d'Issolud, this Sunday, November 17, for the benefit of the Telethon.
Registration on site, at the college, from 7:30 a.m. or online at t.ly/56vMH.
Three circuits, starting in front of the college, are offered to hikers. A 6 km circuit: free departures between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (easy level accessible to children over 8 years old); an 11 km circuit: free departures between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (intermediate level accessible to children over 12 years old); a 15 km circuit: free departures between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (confirmed level accessible to children over 16 years old). This 15 km hike includes crossing the Uxellodunum, the scene of the last major battle of the Gallic War.
Important information: for those under 18, parental authorization is required; for those under 16, parental authorization and the presence of a registered guide who is participating in the hike, on the same route as the minor, are mandatory.
Hikers undertake to respect the environment, private land, the forest and other participants.
Participation: €5 per person and €2 per child under 15 years old. Mulled wine on arrival.
