The 2025 budgetary guidelines were debated. The Region should finance a mobile health bus for women.

“The regime imposed on us is disproportionate. It is counterproductive. A regime that is too harsh can cause public investment to collapse.” Franck Leroy, president of the region, presented the budgetary orientations of the Grand Est during the plenary session of the community on November 14. “Despite these constraints, and by making a significant effort to constrain the operating section by 5% in 2025, the Region is committed to maintaining a high level of investment, with a projection of more than one billion euros”, indicated Marc Sebeyran, the big financier of the regional council. A qualified investment amount “exceptional” and of which the mobility sector should weigh. In fact, 1.6 billion euros is devoted to it, including 500 million in investments. Another priority is training, where 300 million will be injected, particularly into high schools, integration and new professions.
