80 exhibitors
Stereotypes also die hard. “In the collective imagination, disabled people move around in wheelchairs or with a cane. However, in 80% of cases, the disability is invisible. It may be a disabling illness, a sensory disability, autistic disorders, etc.,” explains Alexandra Hevin, deputy director of Cap emploi 57. The public organization is in charge of preparation, support, monitoring and maintaining the employment of disabled people. Tuesday November 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., he is organizing, for the first time at the Agora of Saint-Avold, the departmental Employment and Disability forum as part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities. Between companies, partners and suppliers of adapted equipment, 80 exhibitors are announced.
