It is one of the new brands preparing to set up in 3-Fontaines. Hema, a Dutch store chain specializing in low-cost home goods, will inaugurate its first store in Val-d'Oise in the shopping mall on Friday, November 29.

It will be 67e store to open in , “a country for which an ambitious expansion plan is planned” by the Dutch group. At the heart of a surface area of 450 m², the barge will discover all the essential everyday products, with 100% Dutch design: decoration, clothing, cosmetics, food, toys…

Other brands as reinforcement

Other brands are announced at 3-Fontaines. By the end of the year, the catering offer will be enriched with three new addresses: a family brasserie Brendy's, a Korean street food concept Chikin Bang and a creperie, Au P'tit Crêpe (already open) .

In the leisure sector, King Cadeau will set up shop before the end of the year while a vast entertainment center, Smile World, will take over the 3-Fontaines in 2025. This new 3,000 m² complex will offer visitors “a avant-garde environment” with a wide range of activities: bowling, laser game, action game. Karaoke box, quiz room are also included in the specifications, as are a bar and a pizzeria. Finally, on the well-being side, the Yogi Spa brand is expected.

So many reinforcements which testify to the clear recovery in form of 3-Fontaines. In 2024, attendance at the shopping center will increase by 6% to reach more than 12 million visitors per year. Far from the 20 million recorded in 2007, but the trend is there, clear: despite an iron curtain drawn over a certain number of shops, the 3-Fontaines are returning to an attractiveness hit until now by relentless erosion. A rebound confirmed by the 5.4% increase in turnover of the shopping center owned by the British group Hammerson.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
