Early 2025
For sure, I'm happy with the situation. Beyond the financial aspect, it would have been a shame for Loudéac to lose this business which is part of the landscape.
The first sales agreement of the goodwill (and part of the stock) signed Tuesday November 5, 2024Daniel Landry should officially sell the business in beginning of 2025.
“I will then stay a few weeks with the new manager, while he gets his bearings and to give him a helping hand on different things,” underlines the man who will soon enjoy his retirement.
“The new owner will do things his own way, but he is already counting stay on the same concept, with a bookstore, stationery and reprography section (printing, photocopies, etc.)”.
There will be a facelift to give to the premises (rental), it will revitalize the business a little more. In addition, he plans to keep the name.
See you, if all goes well, in a few weeks to meet the new manager of La Plume d’Or…
